Lego Dimensions

It's official.  Lego Dimensions will start taking all of my money on Sep 27th.  I highly recommend any Lego video game for hours of family fun and this is one game that the parents will love as much as the children.

The reason Lego Dimensions is so incredible is because it is bringing so many difference licenses into one arena.  You'll be able to mix-and-match and play as characters and drive in vehicles from The Lego Movie, The Simpsons, Doctor Who, DC Comics, The Wizard of Oz, Back to the Future, Scooby Doo, Lord of the Rings, Jurassic World, Ninjago and more.

Each vehicle will have 3 different modes to choose from and in order to change those modes you have to physically rebuild the Lego Vehicle sitting on the Dimensions base.  To me that's just extremely cool.

To get started you will have to purchase the start pack, pictured above, which includes the Video game itself, the Toy Pad, the Gateway which you have to build, 3 Lego mini figures (Batman, Gandalf, and Wyldstyle) and the Batmobile.
